    Discover a distinctly Australian expression of High Tea at The Westin Melbourne. Created by Executive Chef Apoorva Kunte and our culinary team, Native High Tea celebrates native Australian ingredients, thoughtfully woven through every tier.

    Discover Davidson plum paired with heirloom tomato and whipped feta, flash-seared yellowfin tuna with mountain pepperberry and finger lime, and shiitake mushroom pithivier with wattleseed. Sweet creations bring together flavours of Geraldton wax, native thyme, lemon myrtle and sunrise lime, before freshly baked scones with muntries and rosella complete the experience.

    Continue the journey with our Native Cocktails, crafted to showcase Australian ingredients beyond the High Tea stand. Choose Yarrai, a wattleseed Negroni with rich, earthy notes of coffee and chocolate, or Purran, a bright lemon myrtle gimlet finished with finger lime pearls.

Crafted by Executive Chef Apoorva Kunte in collaboration with Richmond specialty cheese store Supercheese and paired with Punt Road Wines, the experience transforms exceptional cheeses into imaginative sweet and savoury creations.
